I began ordering paintings several years ago from Emma after I saw the beautiful personalised paintings she had given to a very good friend of mine. I have ordered Christening, special Birthdays, and personalised paintings – not just for children, but for adults too! Her work is suitable for any age! Her paintings are always not only exquisite, but they are personal and unique – I’ve never seen a style like hers! Emma only needs a few ideas and her brilliant imagination takes over and she always comes up with something that you just wish you could think of yourself! I have had the privilege of working with Emma on many occasions and she is always very helpful, accommodating and on time! She is, as I have always told her, the next Mabel Lucie Attwell!

Emma Vallis is one of the most talented, fresh, lively and original artists that I have ever met. Her work brings so much joy into our lives. We have many paintings by Emma, the children's are a wonderful part of our bedtime routine, each one invoking its own special story. I recently commissioned a painting for my eldest daughter, one that would encompass her in her own unique way and Emma was able to produce a beautiful piece of work, that is a snapshot of my daughters life and her style, the things she loves, exactly as she is now, so in years to come, this beautiful painting will also be treasured by my children's children.

I first met Emma at a craft fayre and what immediately struck me about her stand was how colourful and unique her pictures look. Emma went through with me the different types of content, format sizes etc. that you can have your pictures painted in, so any queries, concerns I had were solved and answered right there and then! The pictures I required were for Christmas presents so there was already a bit of a time restriction anyway on the order. I provided a list of events, memories, places etc. that I would like included for my pictures and Emma went all through them with me to ensure my ideas would be adhered to. A few weeks later my pictures were completed, all ready for Christmas and they were gorgeous. Every one of my friends that received a picture produced from My Tiny Galley loved them as they are very personal and individual to that person. I'm actually looking at my friends and families birthdays for this year to see who I could get a picture for, as they are such fab presents.

Emma produces the most wonderful pictures for children and adults! Her artistic talent is unique and her obvious love and attention to detail shine through in each piece of work! What I particularly love about the children's pictures is that Emma will tailor the drawings to each individual child, including hobbies or objects so important to that child... This creates a fantastic gift that will be kept and treasured forever. I thoroughly recommend her to all my friends!

The painting my Mum bought for me from Emma was amazing, it reflected me and my hobbies / personality and it had an amazingly detailed picture of my two favourite dog’s and because I like Drama it had an acting star . It was better than I expected. “Great things come in small packages” I would definitely recommend Emma.
